License Support Renewal
You can use your Perpetual License to activate products released within a support period specified in your license (by default 1 year for Perpetual License). After your support period expires you can still use your Perpetual License with any product versions issued within your support period, however, you will be unable to activate newer versions of the product. To use the new versions and download source codes of new versions (for source codes license owners), you will need to renew your support period.
The renewal price depends on the time when you renew:
- Renewal before the support period expires is 45% of the license cost.
- Renewal after the support period expires is 70% of the license cost.
If the renewal is purchased before support expiration, the new support period will start after the current support period expires.
All licenses purchased after July 1, 2020, have automatic renewal configured. You will receive an automatic renewal reminder 10 days before the renewal. We will try to automatically renew your license using the default payment method. You are free to cancel the automatic renewal at any time.
Manual Renewal
All licenses purchased before July 1, 2020, has manual renewal configured. If you have manual renewal, to get the renewal details and then start the renew wizard please log-in to your account using the e-mail address that was specified during the purchase and navigate to the product download section. Select the "Renew" button near the license that you wish to renew.
